Ordering
How do I place an order?
Browse our catalogue, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You'll need an account to complete your purchase.
Can I modify my order after placing it?
Orders can only be modified before they are confirmed for dispatch. Contact us as soon as possible if you need changes.
How do I track my order?
Go to the "Track Order" page and enter your order number. You'll also receive SMS and email updates.
Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept mobile money (MTN, Vodafone, AirtelTigo) and bank cards via Hubtel's secure payment gateway.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All payments are processed securely through Hubtel. We never store your card or mobile money PIN details.
What currency are prices in?
All prices are listed in Ghana Cedis (GH₵).
Delivery
Where do you deliver?
We deliver primarily within the Greater Kumasi area and surrounding regions. Check our delivery zones page for details.
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery within Kumasi takes 1–3 business days. Custom/made-to-order items may take 1–3 weeks.
Is delivery free?
Orders above GH₵500 qualify for free delivery within our standard delivery zones. A delivery fee applies to other orders.
Returns & Warranty
What is your return policy?
You can return products within 7 days of delivery if they are defective or significantly different from the listing. Custom-made items are non-returnable.
How do I initiate a return?
Log into your account, go to Orders, select the order, and click 'Request Return'. Our team will review and respond within 48 hours.
Do you offer warranties?
Yes. All furniture comes with a manufacturer warranty covering structural defects. Warranty periods vary by product category.

How do I create an account?
Click 'Sign Up' and follow the steps: verify your phone number, then your email, then complete your profile.
I forgot my password. What do I do?
Click 'Forgot Password' on the sign-in page and follow the instructions to reset your password via email or phone.
Can I delete my account?
Yes. Go to Settings > Security in your account dashboard, or contact support to request account deletion.
Vendors
How do I become a vendor?
Visit the Vendors page and click 'Apply to Sell'. Submit your business details and documents for verification.
How long does vendor verification take?
Vendor applications are typically reviewed within 3–5 business days.
How do vendor payouts work?
Vendor earnings are settled on a weekly or bi-weekly basis, depending on your payout settings.
