Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Eligible for Return
- • Products with manufacturing defects
- • Items damaged during delivery
- • Products significantly different from listing
- • Wrong item or size delivered
- • Within 7 days of delivery
Not Eligible for Return
- • Custom-made or made-to-order furniture
- • Items damaged through customer misuse
- • Products without original packaging
- • Clearance or final-sale items
- • Items returned after 7 days
How to Return an Item
Submit a Return Request
Log into your account, go to My Orders, select the order, and click "Request Return". Include photos of the issue.
Review & Approval
Our team will review your request within 48 hours. You'll receive a confirmation via SMS or email.
Pickup & Inspection
Once approved, we'll arrange product pickup at no extra cost. Items are inspected upon return.
Refund or Replacement
After inspection, you'll receive a full refund to your original payment method (within 14 business days) or a replacement, based on your preference.
Warranty
All Afrobae Furniture products come with a manufacturer warranty covering structural defects and craftsmanship issues.

Warranty Does Not Cover
- Normal wear and tear, fading, or minor surface scratches
- Damage from misuse, overloading, or improper assembly
- Water or liquid damage
- Damage from exposure to direct sunlight or extreme temperatures
- Products modified or repaired by unauthorized parties
- Fabric pilling or colour variation within normal tolerances
