• "Company" refers to Afrobae Furniture Company Ltd, located at Yaw Nkrumah / Efiduasi Road, Ejisu-Juaben, Kumasi, Ghana.
• "Platform" refers to our website and all related services.
• "Customer" refers to any individual or entity purchasing products from us.
• "Vendor" refers to third-party sellers authorized to list products on our platform.

3. Account Registration

To make purchases, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use our services.

4. Products & Pricing

All prices are listed in Ghana Cedis (GH₵) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. Product images are for illustration purposes; actual colours and finishes may vary slightly due to photography and screen differences.

5. Orders & Payment

Orders are confirmed only after successful payment via our supported payment methods (Hubtel, mobile money, or other approved gateways). We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

6. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location and product availability. We deliver primarily within the Greater Kumasi area and surrounding regions. Delivery fees, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout. You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

7. Returns & Refunds

Products may be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are defective, damaged during transit, or significantly different from the description. Custom-made furniture and items damaged through customer misuse are non-returnable. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after approval.

8. Vendor Terms

Third-party vendors on our platform are responsible for the accuracy of their product listings and fulfilling orders. Afrobae Furniture facilitates the marketplace but is not directly responsible for vendor product quality beyond our verification processes.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this platform — including logos, images, text, and designs — is the property of Afrobae Furniture Company Ltd and is protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

Afrobae Furniture shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform or products, beyond the purchase price of the affected product.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes shall be resolved through mediation or the courts of competent jurisdiction in Kumasi, Ghana.
